We are proud to be a social enterprise: our residential and commercial properties are self-sustaining communities that support our organization. We are always seeking new ways to address unique equity homeownership and to play a vital role in the strength and success of North Carolina’s neighborhoods.

In order to move forward with these new opportunities, We Need Your Help! Our initiative and development depends on charitable contributions and public funding. We cannot develop new properties or connect our residents with special support programs without generous financial help.
