Our Story
We all come from places, but not all of us come from homes. Our aim is to change this. MRD Integrity Ventures Corp is redefining building generational wealth for disadvantaged families and disenfranchised citizens through affordable, low income homeownership initiatives specifically designed to confront long standing historical patterns of political and commercial segregation that have deprived honest, hard-working families of past generations an opportunity to build generational wealth to pass on to future heirs.
Unaffordable housing is a root cause of “Social Inequality,” and it covers a wide range of hard-to-solve societal problems, including: racial bias, right-to-vote issues, inferior schools, low-paying job opportunities, homelessness, and limited access to quality nutrition and health care.
Our research has also led us to determine that rundown apartment units, abandoned, distressed, unclaimed heir properties, zombie properties, abandoned lots, and vacant industrial or commercial properties located in desperately poor neighborhoods around the country are a root cause of many quality of life issues. These issues will become more widespread, intractable, and irreversible as the crisis of unaffordable housing continues to spread from poor, underclass households to those earning average median incomes and above. As the saying goes, “the writing is on the wall.” At this rate, even most of the middle class will soon be grossly priced out of the housing market. Which makes one wonder: if the cost of housing has risen substantially for those earning average median incomes and above, then where does that leave the working poor? Those who are already living at or below the poverty line?
Instead of building more homes and selling them to the highest bidder, our intent is to work with local officials, their constituents, other concerned parties, and our partners to implement our affordable housing platform which will not only give disadvantaged families and individuals an equal and fair opportunity to thrive, but will also jumpstart the process for them to build generational wealth.

Our Mission
Here at MRD Integrity Ventures Corp, we strive to make housing a truly affordable resource for American citizens by challenging the well established political and commercial myth of an “Affordable Housing Crisis” that has all but deprived the present day heirs of honest, hard working industrious families and individuals of shelter for more than 50 years. We seek to close that gap in inequality and help these families attain the residential stability that, by law, rightfully belongs to them, because they were denied in past generations.
Our Vision
Our vision is to add another 500-1000 Single Family Homes a year to our local economy that are all 100% dedicated to lower income families, preserving the ability for North Carolinians to provide for their families and live where they work. Good news: our current process has begun with the purchase of 31+ lots to build affordable housing. Therefore, 100% of your donation (which we will gladly accept) will be used for this new housing initiative and support programs. We are not seeking cash donations! Instead, we are hoping for donations of vacant, abandoned, distressed homes, vacant lots and land that we can create enough equity from to share with the disadvantaged families in the communities that we serve.
