We are currently in the process of prepping 3 Parcels (LO427 BL1780, LO498 BL1781, LO 494 BL1781) equaling 10 buildable lots for new construction along Longview Drive in Winston-Salem, NC, 2 Parcels (LO689 BL1783, LO691 BL1783) on Peach Tree Street in Winston-Salem, NC with another combined 10 acres being subdivided for new construction development along Old Greensboro Road, Emerald Street, Eldora Street, Booker Street, Glencoe Street, East Brookline, and Devonshire Street, for an additional 40 to 50 new affordable single-family homes.
Below, you will find examples of 21 projects that we have purchased, redeveloped, and resold over the past 24 months. Our goal for the rest of this year is to double our purchase of more land and distressed properties for redevelopment besides our new construction projects.
